Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms are the rules for using Link OS. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Link OS, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Link OS lets you build a personal page with your links, content and contact details, and share it with a single link. It is currently free to use.
We're always improving Link OS, so features may be added, changed or removed. We'll try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
- One person may not run accounts to get around a suspension.
4. Usernames
Your username is your page address. Some names are reserved, and we may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is misleading, or is held only to stop others from using it.
5. Your content
You own what you put on your page. To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, display and share that content as needed to show your page to the people who visit it. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups for a short time.
You confirm that you have the right to publish everything you add — including photos, videos, music, names and logos — and that it follows these terms and the law.
6. What's not allowed
Don't use Link OS to publish, link to or promote anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages illegal activity;
- is phishing, a scam, malware, or tries to trick people into giving up information or money;
- impersonates a person, brand or organisation, or misleads people about who you are;
- harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence against anyone;
- sexually exploits or endangers children;
- shares someone's private information without their permission;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- is spam, or abuses the service — for example scraping, overloading or attacking it.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice when there's a risk to other people.
7. Reporting a page
If you find a page that breaks these terms or infringes your rights, please tell us, with the page address and what's wrong. We review every report.

8. Links and other services
Pages link to, and can embed content from, other websites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service. If we close the service entirely, we'll try to give reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimers
Link OS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, and we don't guarantee any results from using it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or anything arising from content that you or others publish. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and make significant changes clear on the site. If you keep using Link OS after a change, you accept the new terms.
